Q & A

Just have your clothes ready. Our Agent (Driver) will bring a bag to place your loose clothes in. If you have them in a bag yourself this is also fine.

Yes we do offer Dry Cleaning services.
Don’t worry about sorting your clothes, we will do that for you.
We suggest making use of our website members area which is mobile compatible. In the near future you will be able to place orders through our iOS or Android App!
Your clothes will be taken to one of our top notch facilities! Your clothes will be handled with care by our high quality, experienced and specialist cleaners.
No need to weigh your bag, as we will do that for you when we pick up your laundry and take it to our premises in Centurion, Unit 1 Solo Park, Hennopspark Industrial 0172.

We do ask that you ensure there is a minimum weight of 5kg or more or alternatively if the load collected is less than the minum kg we will have to charge you minium fee of R150.00.

Collection and delivery times can differ depending on city and availability, but our Agents (Drivers) can always be booked in advance. Mon-Saturday – 7am to 6pm.

We will contact you to arrange a new pickup/delivery time for a period of 30 days. If your clothes have not been redelivered within 90 days we reserve the right to sell the items to recover the expenses.

We accept cash, EFT or debit/credit cards, online payments. Please request the card payment facility in your order.
Yes, there is a R150 minimum order, with free collection and delivery as standard. Any order under R150 will be charged R150.
